Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our Gold Beach, OR kitchen for the Corrections division. You will work with a motivated team in a fast-paced environment, preparing meals and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of high-volume culinary experience, strong knife skills, and a customer-service mindset. Compensation ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in high-volume, scratch-cooking environments.
• Solid knowledge of culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

• Customer service experience is required.
