Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our onsite team at Buffalo County Jail NE, part of Elior North America’s Corrections segment. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, focusing on quality meals, portion control and creative presentation.

The role requires at least one year of high-volume cooking, a strong knowledge of culinary methods, and a customer-service mindset. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume, quality kitchen.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
