Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our correctional division at the Clermont County Jail, OH. You will work with a motivated kitchen team to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes quality control, proper food handling, and creative presentation while following established recipes and standards. Onsite work with opportunities for growth within Elior North America’s correctional portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch cooking environment.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to operate various kitchen tools and equipment and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
