• Possession of an associate's degree in dietetics, food services management, hotel/restaurant/institution management, or human nutrition and two years of related supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in dietetics/food services management/human nutrition with no experience may substitute for the experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Directs the work of subordinate staff and prisoner workers during a shift.
• Oversees preparation and serving of three meals daily, including special diets.
• Ensures adherence to policy directives, menus, procedures, and safety standards.
