Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 21+ years old.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Basic accounting and ability to complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and instruct team members and inmates in general food service practices.
• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served according to plan.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely reporting and ordering.
• Ensure compliance with client contractual obligations and health codes.
