Job summary

Aramark operates the Taylor Correctional Institution dining program, overseeing daily food production and secure meal service for incarcerated individuals. You will manage large-scale kitchen operations, supervise staff and inmates, and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on delivering nutritious menus, controlling costs, and driving performance across the dining operation while maintaining safety and sanitation standards for all customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in food service.
• Experience supervising staff and incarcerated workers is preferred.
• Experience in large‑scale kitchen operations is desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team using Aramark's coaching model.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards across operations.
• Manage P&L responsibilities and meet financial targets.
• Coordinate menus to meet nutritional requirements.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and cost controls.
• Collaborate with clients and facility departments.
