Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with 1+ years of relevant experience or completion of a technical training program.
• Completion of a relevant technical training program or job certificate is required.
• Knowledge of operation, maintenance, and safety practices for maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: painting surfaces and equipment; carpentry; plumbing and basic repairs.
• Repair light electrical motors/generators and related equipment as needed.
• Use basic hand tools; follow directions and work safely in various weather conditions.
