Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with 1+ years of relevant experience or completion of a relevant training program.
• Duties include basic maintenance using hand tools and operating equipment (mowers, forklifts, string trimmers, light fleet).
• Knowledge of maintenance tools/equipment operation and safety practices; ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: painting surfaces, patching, carpentry, plumbing, and basic repairs.
• Assist with repairs to doors, windows, fixtures, and electrical components as needed.
• Lift, carry, climb, and work in varying weather, following directions and safety guidelines.
