Job summary

Qualifications

• Documented knowledge of prison policy and procedures and/or facility operations.
• Documented experience with report writing.
• Documented knowledge of federal PREA compliance procedures.
• Documented knowledge of audit and inspection procedures in corrections.
• Documented experience working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on guidance to section heads regarding ACA and PREA audits.
• Provide technical guidance to the Wardens.
• Coordinate internal compliance audits, safety and health audits, and region inspections.
• Serve as the Facility Public Information Officer and monitor strategic plan and KPIs.
• Collaborate with division staff to develop strategies for improving prison operations.
