Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care under supervision.
• Document in electronic health records and maintain facility paperwork.
• Prepare patients for exams, record vital signs and medical history.
• Assist with procedures, manage supplies and rooms.
• Transcribe orders and schedule follow-ups.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

Shift Details:

• MIDSHIFT (09:00 AM – 09:30 PM)

• Must commit to 3x12-hour shifts weekly

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performs duties within the scope of practice to ensure quality patient care, under the direct supervision of medical or nursing personnel.

• Completes required documentation in the electronic health record or other modality.

• Prepares patients for examination and treatment, takes patient histories, vital signs, and records chief complaints.

• Performs office procedures, tests, and examinations. Maintains adequate supplies for exam/procedure rooms.

• Transcribes provider orders and schedules return appointments.

• Performs venipunctures and lab tests. Assists patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Copy of current, valid, unrestricted license as a CNA issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing -OR- issued by a participating Compact State.

• Copy of current, completed PSV from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing obtained via the following link: https://azbn.boardsofnursing.org/licenselookup

• Copy of current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.

• Copy of current, completed First Aid Certification.

• Minimum of one (1) year of past work experience in this position.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements )
