Shift Details:
Monday- Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help patients with mobility, positioning, transfers, and ambulation.
Measure and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
Assist patients with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.
Maintain patient comfort, safety, dignity, and privacy at all times.
Observe and report changes in patients' physical or emotional condition.
Keep patient rooms clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Document care provided according to facility policies.
Support nurses with routine patient care and clinical tasks within scope of practice.
Follow infection control procedures, safety guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
Current, valid, and unrestricted VA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as a CNA
Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,)
