Job summary

You will maintain records and support the treatment team in planning and coordinating activities. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of substance abuse experience, or relevant degrees with experience in counseling.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with treatment team and clients.
• Experience in counseling or chemical addictions field preferred.
• Ability to interact with clients at various maturity levels and de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients’ therapeutic and recreational activities and monitor movements.
• Deliver didactic sessions after internal training and present education topics.
• Guide clients to comply with center rules and coordinate routines.
• Maintain and update client records per contractual requirements.
• Contribute to treatment plans, protocols, and coordination of client activities.
• Perform office and administrative duties like answering calls and processing documents.
