Centurion is seeking a full‑time Behavioral Health Technician at Graham Correctional Facility, Hillsboro, IL. Duties include delivering therapeutic activities, crisis support, and psychoeducation in a correctional mental health environment.

The role involves multidisciplinary meetings, data entry, and preparing records; requires a Bachelor’s in a social science and CPR/AED certification, with background screening and tuberculosis documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Science required.
• Two years or more experience providing activities programming for patients with serious mental illness preferred.
• Competencies with Excel sufficient to create, maintain, and update scheduling databases.
• Must maintain current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR/AED certification.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic support services, including treatment‑focused programming, psychosocial groups, crisis management, social rehabilitation, and leisure activities.
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of records and data management pertaining to mental health treatment and scheduling; support telepsychiatry operations.
