Job summary

State of Iowa is seeking a Corrections Trades Leader at Clarinda Correctional Facility to oversee inmate-maintained builds and grounds work. You will lead and direct incarcerated workers, coordinate projects, and ensure safety and timely completion across carpentry, electrical, masonry, painting, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC tasks.

Responsibilities include training crews, prioritizing work, and collaborating with staff at all levels to sustain operations.
