Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must test negative on all drug screenings.
• Ability to work mandatory/voluntary overtime.
• Working knowledge of the methods, procedures and practices in corrections.

Responsibilities

• Manage safe offender movement and operation of meal delivery.
• Lead staff in maintaining security and safety.
• Review and provide feedback on offender activities.
• Assist in security related operations.
• Set expectations and evaluate performance of employees.
