Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Southern NM Correctional Facility in Las Cruces, NM. Day shift opportunities available; you will lead, teach, and advocate in a corrections setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• 1–2 years nursing experience; correctional experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; ability to work in high-pressure settings.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and mental health needs of inmates.
• Administer medications and document care.
• Guide treatment plans from start to finish.
• Support patient education and referrals.
• Maintain safety and standards on the unit.
