Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct nursing care to inmate patients, applying the nursing process and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessments across care settings, medication administration, and patient education, while maintaining HIPAA, infection control, and safety standards on site. Night/weekend coverage and on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care to inmate patients per protocols.
• Perform assessments in intake, care units, and emergency settings.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and teams for timely, continuous care.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor reactions and changes in patient status, document accurately.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Maintain HIPAA, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in staff development and quality improvement.
