Qualifications

• RN requires a nursing degree and active AZ license.
• Two years of direct nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical assessment and emergencies, with psychiatric nursing care.
• Must work independently with clinical judgment and document care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within capacity and refer issues to physician.
• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and medical history.
• Evaluate patients' symptoms and progress and report to physician/management.
• Administer medications correctly and ensure adherence to prescriptions.
• Educate patients on chronic illnesses and post-discharge care.
• Supervise LPN staff and participate in performance evaluations.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records and follow accreditation policies.
