Job summary

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office seeks a regular full-time Inmate Programs Coordinator in the Corrections Division at the Adult Detention Center. • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience coordinating training or working with community groups/volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Execute inmate programs including educational, religious, substance abuse, and reentry programs for ADC inmates.
• Coordinate program schedules to maximize inmate participation and deploy volunteers.
• Collect and monitor data on program impact and recidivism outcomes.
• Instruct, proctor, and deliver education and certification programs including GED.
• Recruit, screen, onboard, and train volunteers; plan outreach with community partners.
