Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking a Correctional Programs Director II (NS) to lead and supervise a broad range of treatment and activity programs within a multi-custody facility. This role reports to the Associate Warden of Programs and requires strong leadership to manage complex program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Criminal Justice.
• 3+ years of experience in correctional programs management or related work.
