Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services or criminal justice field and one year of experience in corrections or related work.
• Thorough knowledge of prison policies and procedures through at least 2 years’ work in a correctional facility.
• Knowledge of community services and programs to support offender reintegration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the recreational program for offenders, ensuring compliance with standards.
