Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes, evaluations, and assessments for inmates requesting mental health services.
• Identify symptoms, treatment needs, and coordinate with healthcare and security staff.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient evaluation and care.
• Provide non-pharmacological treatments and crisis intervention as needed.
• Document services accurately and maintain organized notes for transfer of information.
• Participate in treatment planning, case review meetings, and QA studies.
