Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility.

You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following approved recipes, train workers, and ensure compliance with safety and nutrition guidelines. The role requires 18+ years with a high school diploma or GED, preference for institutional food service experience, and the ability to work rotating shifts (6am-2pm and 10am-6pm).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior institutional food service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and follow recipes and menus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Prepare and serve meals according to menus and procedures.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment for staff and inmates.
• Handle lifting and standing for extended periods.
