Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility. The role focuses on preparing and serving diverse menus, enforcing food safety standards, and training team members to maintain efficiency and quality.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license, with prior institutional food service experience a plus. DailyPay and a strong benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Prepare, assist, or instruct inmates in the preparation of quality foods according to the planned menu and recipes.
• Ensure that all food is stored properly and in a sanitary manner.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department policies and procedures.
• Follow all food safety regulations pertaining to sanitation, food handling and storage.
• Train other food service workers.
• Maintain a clean work area including cleaning of refrigerators and equipment.
• Be able to stand and be on your feet for long periods.
