Summit, part of Elior North America, is seeking an experienced food service supervisor for our correctional facility team in Chambersburg, PA. You will oversee the production and service of meals, ensuring adherence to recipes, safety, portioning, and quality standards in a dynamic onsite setting.

Must have prior supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred: advanced culinary degree and Food Handler's certification.
