Benchmark Government Solutions in Oklahoma's Madill area oversees correctional facility food production, ensuring meals meet nutritional, safety, and regulatory standards while managing prep, inventory, and staff.

You will lead cooks and aides, train staff, supervise meal distribution, monitor inventory and sanitation, and coordinate with facility management. A strong safety mindset and the ability to work under pressure are essential; ServSafe/CPR certifications are preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in food service with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a correctional food service environment is highly desirable.
• ServSafe and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.

• Supervise the preparation and production of meals for inmates, ensuring nutritional standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation protocols; monitor food temperatures.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff; assign tasks to team members.
