Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of administrative or secretarial experience required.
• Medical office or healthcare administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Health Services Administrator.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations related to medical operations.
• Maintain departmental calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination.
• Assist with the development, maintenance, and distribution of policies and procedures.
• Track, organize, and maintain compliance documentation for audits, inspections, and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with ordering medical supplies as needed.
• Support onboarding and administrative processes for healthcare staff.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
