Qualifications

• Ability to operate data entry systems and prepare routine reports.
• Strong organization and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates data entry system for entry, tracking and reporting.
• Retrieves and maintains a tracking system for medical records.
• Maintains logs to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Receives, stores, distributes and inventories materials as needed.
• Performs tasks delegated by physicians and supervised staff.
