VitalCore Health Strategies seeks a Health Services Administrator for its North Central Correctional Institution in Gardner, MA. This on-site leadership role oversees the delivery of contracted health services, staffing, and budget, ensuring compliance with client contracts.

The HSA will recruit staff, manage operations, and maintain positive relationships with clients and external partners, while upholding ACA/NCCHC standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Two years of healthcare management experience.
• Subject to security clearance; occasional travel; corrections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the healthcare delivery system and coordinate with facility functions.
• Oversee site budget and provide timely financial reports to supervisor and corporate office.
• Recruit and supervise clinical and administrative staff; interview and onboard personnel.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding for staff and independent contractors.
• Ensure compliance with ACA/NCCHC standards and client policies.
• Liaise with hospital administrators for external services as needed; negotiate third party contracts.
• Lead safety, security and emergency drill activities.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for all personnel.
