Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Director to plan, direct, and coordinate operations for a single-site food service in a correctional facility.

You will oversee the kitchen's activities, manage staff including an Assistant Food Service Director or cooks, and report to the District Manager. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of management experience in food service, and ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Lead and coach kitchen staff to deliver safe, quality meals.
• Monitor payroll, inventory, and budget compliance.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and health regulations.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork in a correctional facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served per plan.
• Hire, orient, train, and take corrective action as needed.
• Review payroll bi-weekly and manage staff scheduling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper storage of items.
• Ensure sanitary environment per health codes and regulations.
• Maintain onsite daily/monthly financial and production reports.
• Oversee inspections and maintain ServSafe certification.
