Qualifications

• High School or GED required with 6+ years in institutional food service.
• Experience managing food service operations in a correctional or institutional setting.
• Ability to adhere to health regulations and safety standards.
• Knowledge of meal planning and supply estimation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise the preparation and serving of food for offenders at a large complex facility.
• Manage fiscal and personnel operations of the Food Service Department and conduct investigations as needed.
