Job summary

The NC Department of Adult Correction is seeking a Correctional Food Service Manager III (S) at a large multi-custody facility. You will coordinate the operational functions of the Food Service Department, planning, directing and supervising the preparation and serving of meals to offenders.

The role also involves managing fiscal and personnel operations, and conducting investigations as needed to support operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise the preparation and serving of food to offenders at a large complex correctional facility with hospital operations and with complex offender populations with special needs.
• Manage the fiscal and personnel operations of the Food Service Department and conduct investigations as needed as it relates to operational needs.
