Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or high school diploma required with two years of professional experience in workforce development, social services or corrections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry required.
• Bonus points for an Associate’s Degree and one year of experience in social services or corrections.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret assessments.
• Deliver the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program curriculum.
• Deliver other programs as directed by the Department.
• Maintain and document services provided.
• Report monthly attendance, enrollments and completions on DC5-149 form.
• Assist with pre-release connections to community providers and employers for inmate release planning.
• Assist Pre-Release Employment Navigators with hiring events, mock interviews and readiness portfolios.
