Tallahassee State College is hiring a Career Development Specialist for the Wakulla CI – a full-time, grant-funded role. The specialist provides assessment-based services, administers the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program, and supports inmate release planning and pre-release employment activities.

Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or high school diploma with 2 years of professional experience in workforce development or corrections, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and data

Formación

• Associate’s Degree or high school diploma with two years professional experience in workforce development, social services or corrections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Administration and interpretation of assessments.
• Delivery of the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program curriculum.
• Delivery of other programs as determined by the Department.
• Maintaining and providing documentation of services delivered.
• Reporting monthly attendance, program enrollments, and completions on the Department’s approved form DC5-149.
