Job summary

LA Conservation Corps seeks a qualified Navigator to deliver integrated case management and connect Corpsmembers with essential services. You will manage caseloads, coordinate referrals, and track progress toward goals in a collaborative setting across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include crisis response, life skills facilitation, and partnership with legal and education teams. A California driver’s license is required, with occasional weekend events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years of counseling and case management experience.
• Experience with nonprofit or public service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated case management and link Corpsmembers to local resources.
• Maintain caseload and track progress toward personal and educational goals.
• Coordinate referrals with community organizations and agencies.
• Document service activities and maintain confidential records.
• Attend events and collaborate with CMD and other teams to meet goals.
