Job summary

LA Conservation Corps is seeking an experienced Corps Navigator to lead comprehensive case management for Corpsmembers at the East Valley Site in Tujunga, CA. The role focuses on assessing needs and linking to internal and community resources.

The Navigator I/II will coordinate with CMD and partner agencies, review approvals for services, and ensure contract outcomes across local government programs. Emphasizes confidentiality and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years of counseling and case management experience.
• Preferred experience in nonprofit or public sector.
• Knowledge of City of LA’s YouthSource and Adult WorkSource systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides integrated case management services and referrals to medical, mental health, housing, and education services.
• Manages a caseload of approximately 50-70 Corpsmembers across multiple sites.
• Develops and updates individual service plans monthly and tracks progress.
• Reviews and approves support services and documents expenses with back-up.
