LA Conservation Corps seeks a qualified Navigator to deliver integrated case management and connect Corpsmembers with essential services. You will manage caseloads, coordinate referrals, and track progress toward goals in a collaborative setting across multiple sites.
Responsibilities include crisis response, life skills facilitation, and partnership with legal and education teams. A California driver’s license is required, with occasional weekend events.
The Corps Navigator I serves as the lead in providing comprehensive and integrated case management and support services to Corpsmembers based on a professional assessment of each Corpsmember’s needs and the Corps’ connections to internal and community resources.
The Corps Navigator II serves as the primary contact with barrier removal/support services providers and partners, is the primary reviewer/approver of support services for all Corpsmembers not in his/her/their caseload and is responsible for ensuring outcomes associated with all local government contracts/grants assigned to the Corps’ Corpsmember Development Department.

Bachelor’s degree (from an accredited institution) in a related field required and/or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in counseling and case management preferably with at-risk young people and/or community organizations/groups required.
This is a non-exempt position that may have supervisory responsibility.
This position operates in multiple environment settings, including but not limited to a professional office environment, outdoor field work, or driving vehicles for programmatic needs. The office setting role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
