Job summary

EXOS in Dallas seeks a motivated Performance Coach to join our corporate wellness team. You will design and deliver customized fitness programs, lead engaging group classes, and provide one-on-one training to employees.

You will assess fitness, prescribe plans for diverse clients including high-risk populations, and support incentive and health-promotion programs while maintaining day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE certification preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• At least 6 months of industry experience or internships.
• Proven experience leading group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Provide one-on-one consultations and motivation for clients.
• Assist with incentive programs, health promotion, and specialty initiatives.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
