Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC in New York is seeking a Performance Coach to lead group exercise classes, conduct fitness assessments, and design personalized programs for a diverse client base in a corporate wellness setting.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Exercise Science or related field, current CPT certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE), CPR/AED/First Aid, and at least 1 year of experience. You will deliver engaging coaching, promote health initiatives, and manage facility operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
Current Personal Trainer certification from NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE is required.
Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
Conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized exercise plans, and design programs for a wide range of clients, including high-risk populations.
Offer one-on-one consultations, personalized training, and motivation to help clients succeed.
Assist with incentive health promotion and other specialty programs to drive engagement.
Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
Assist with additional duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
