Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Minimum 6 months of industry experience, including internships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants, ensuring safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead diverse group exercise classes.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Design effective workout programs for high-risk populations.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and personalized training.
• Assist with health promotion and specialty programs.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness operations.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.
