Pyramid Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Corporate Wellness Specialist to support our corporate EAP clients. You will work with HR and leadership teams to promote EAP services and drive wellness solutions while traveling across targeted PA counties.

The role is primarily remote with biweekly in-office meetings, requiring occasional travel and a strong focus on client service and program activity reporting. A background in HR-related functions and wellness is valued.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with corporate clients and maintain professional communication.
• Manage onboarding/off-boarding and renewals, and track contract details.
• Coordinate HR-related activities, employee engagement, and wellness initiatives.
• Generate quarterly/annual program activity reports.
