Job summary

Exos in California is seeking a Performance Coach to join our corporate wellness program. You will guide clients through customized fitness plans, lead engaging group classes, and provide one-on-one training to help people reach their health goals.

You’ll assess fitness, tailor workouts, motivate participants, and support program initiatives while upholding safety and outstanding customer service in a dynamic facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Current Personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Experience leading group exercise classes.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• 1+ years of industry experience; internships considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and personalize exercise plans for a wide range of clients.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and personalized training.
• Assist with incentive, health promotion and specialty programs to boost engagement.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
• Assist with additional duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
