Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is hiring a Certified Performance Coach for our San Francisco wellness center. You will lead group exercise classes, conduct fitness assessments, and design personalized plans for clients including high-risk populations.

The role includes one-on-one coaching, motivation, and assisting with program implementation. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science or Kinesiology, current trainer certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE), CPR/AED/First Aid, and 1+ year of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Current Personal Trainer certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or ACE is required.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• Proven experience in leading and teaching group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality and strong customer service abilities.
• Minimum of 1+ years of industry experience; internship experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for varying fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized exercise plans.
• Offer one-on-one consultations, personalized training, and motivation.
• Assist with implementing incentive, health promotion, and specialty programs.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
