Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Corporate Trust.
• Experience managing Corporate Trust/Securities matters.
• Familiarity with various finance and transaction types including debt restructurings.

Responsabilités

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate documents.
• Representing financial institutions as a corporate trustee.
• Assisting partners with closings.
