Ingenovis Health is seeking a Travel Coordinator to arrange air, hotel, and ground transportation for locum tenens assignments in Utah. You will work with providers, clients, and travel partners using Sabre GDS or Concur Travel.

Strong attention to detail and time management are essential. The role involves booking travel, researching options within client budgets, maintaining accurate records, and participating in on-call rotations for after-hours travel needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Post high school education with emphasis in business communications, or equivalent.
• At least two years corporate travel experience with Sabre GDS; Sabre preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with internal and external customers to book travel, housing, and local transportation.
• Demonstrates strict attention to detail and time management.
• Negotiates with travel partners and travelers.
• Maintains complete, accurate records of all activities.
• Researches best travel options within client budgets and provider needs.
• Uses Sabre GDS or Concur Travel for bookings.
• Participates in on-call rotation for after-hours travel emergencies.
• Creates professional correspondence with clear spelling and punctuation.
