Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP seeks an attorney with 3–8+ years of corporate transactional experience to join its award-winning Corporate, Private Equity, and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. Our team advises on sophisticated middle‑market transactions with a business‑driven, risk‑balanced approach.

You will work directly with clients including private equity firms and independent sponsors, draft and negotiate purchase agreements, and serve as second chair on deals under partner

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar or Florida Bar.
• Strong client-service orientation and ability to develop business over time.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills; capable of managing multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate transactional matters, including private equity and M&A.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and related documents.
• Serve as second chair on deals under partner supervision; collaborate with clients and teams.
