The team focuses on private equity and mergers & acquisitions for middle-market clients, offering training, mentorship, and a collaborative culture.

Preference for Buffalo or listed offices; remote/hybrid options based on seniority.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to NYS or Florida bar.
• Client-service orientation and a desire to develop business over time.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong advocacy and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate transactional work in the lower middle market.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements; act as second chair on deals.
• Collaborate with clients including private equity firms and family offices.
• Receive training and mentorship from experienced attorneys in a collegial environment.
