Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to NYS or FL bar.
• Experience in corporate transactional law and private equity/M&A is preferred.
• Strong client-service orientation and business development mindset.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate transactional matters for private equity and M&A clients.
