Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP seeks an associate attorney with 3-8+ years of corporate transactional experience to join its Corporate, Private Equity, and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. You will advise on sophisticated transactions and work closely with clients to deliver practical, business‑oriented solutions.

Preference is given to candidates based in Buffalo, NY; Rochester, NY; Jacksonville, FL; Tampa, FL; West Palm Beach, FL, with flexibility for remote or hybrid arrangements

Competenze

• A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar or Florida bar.
• Client-service orientation and a desire to develop business over time.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills who is comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and strong writing skills.
