This role is designed for an attorney who is ready for more ownership, meaningful client relationships, and a clear path toward long-term growth within a high-performing transactional group.

You will manage defined portions of M&A and commercial real estate transactions, draft and negotiate core documents, advise on governance, and coordinate with lenders and advisors.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of corporate transactional and/or commercial real estate experience.
• Experience supporting corporate transactions and due diligence.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to negotiate routine documents.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage defined portions of M&A and commercial real estate transactions with supervision.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating and shareholder agreements, LOIs and financing documents.
• Advise clients on corporate governance and risk management.
• Serve as a secondary client contact while developing direct client relationships.
• Coordinate with lenders, accountants, business advisors, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop technical and business skills.
